Kadie Daye is one of the fastest-rising personalities in radio today. A Northwest Indiana native, she fell in love with radio at just eight years old while listening to Chicago morning shows and decided she wanted to become the voice that connects with listeners during life’s everyday moments. She got that chance at her hometown college radio station—while she was still in high school.

After winning five national collegiate broadcasting awards at Goshen College, Daye launched her professional career in South Bend, Indiana, before landing a coveted role on the morning show at WYRK in Buffalo, one of the nation’s leading country stations. Her work there earned her a CMA nomination and the New York State Broadcasters Association’s Best Personality Award.

Now heard across the Midwest and beyond, Daye blends high-energy radio, social media engagement, and authentic storytelling to create a genuine connection with audiences wherever they listen.
